At the same time as sending the parcel you will receive an e-mail with the following information:
- Order number
- Shipping date
- Transport company details (phone, e-mail)
- Contact details with adress.gr
Shipping charges.
Shipping of the products of your order is charged with shipping costs (if any) which are added to the final payment amount and are clearly indicated on the final order form. Shipping costs are free for purchases over 50 euros.
For the Speedex Courier transport the shipping costs are as follows
Up to 2Kg 3.5 Euros (including VAT)
For each additional kilo 1.2 Euros (including VAT)

For days and hours of delivery, the hours and days of operation of the transport company that has undertaken the transport of our products are valid. The above days and hours do not apply to periods affected by transport such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, holidays, etc.
Delivery time
Delivery time is from 1 to 4 working days after receiving the order. The above delivery time does not apply to periods affected by transport such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, holidays, etc.
Delivery Delay.
Delivery of products may be delayed if:
- The product is not in our warehouse and is delayed to be sent by our supplier, in this case there will be a telephone update and re-consultation.
- In every event that is out of our control.
In case of delay we will contact you. You will have the right to cancel the order in part or in full and we will refund any money you have paid.

PRODUCT CHANGES AND RETURNS
For any change or return, you must first contact us, at info@adress.gr, or at (+30) 2531070944.
You have at your disposal within fourteen (14) days to return the product you have in the following cases:
1. For no reason or you do not want to use the product
- Shipping costs the buyer
- The money is returned to a bank account with the beneficiary the person who has placed the order in any of the following cooperating banks

2. In case of wrong choice (color, size)
- Return shipping is borne by the buyer
- In re-shipment, shipping costs are borne by the buyer
- Can be exchanged for a product of equal value or greater.
3. In case of our mistake such as sending the wrong product

4. In case of defective products

- In the case of defective products if the product,
a) does not prove to be defective,
b) found to have been used,
d) its packaging has been damaged, it is returned to the buyer with shipping costs borne by the buyer.
RETURN ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
- The return must have been made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Do not belong to the category of non-refundable items.
- You must have all the necessary documents (relevant documents and proof of purchase) that we have sent you with the purchase of the product.
- The product should be in the original excellent condition without damage and be complete.
- The product must not have been altered in any way and must have the special tab of their marking.
- The product packaging must not be damaged.
- It is not worn except for the initial test you did. If the product has been worn more than the initial test, the return is not accepted and the product is sent again at a cost to the customer.
- The product must not have been washed in any way.
- The product should not have dirt, damage, alterations, injuries.

In any case, if the buyer wishes a refund, the money is deposited in the buyer's bank account after deducting any charges.
Refunds are always made upon receipt of our items and provided they have been verified to meet the refund criteria.
PRODUCT CHANGE FORM
Each order is accompanied by a product change form.
In case of change or return, the products must be in their packaging in intact condition and must be accompanied by:
- From the purchase document.
- From the corresponding change form, completed.
Any change or return is not accompanied by the corresponding change or return form and the purchase document will not be accepted.
